At Infamous Paintball, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't performing to your standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Securely pack your items, include your RMA form inside the box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
